We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (Mandarin-speaking) WORK FROM HOME. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service through email, live chat, and phone calls. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience

Position: Customer Service Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)
Location: Work From Home (until March 2026, tentative) — required to report to Johor office thereafter, with additional allowance provided! Please note that the date to return to office in Johor is not confirm yet
Job Scope: Customer service support via live chat, inbound calls, and email
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 5 working days per week, monthly rotational shifts the rotational is rotate within 9am to 8PM, total 9 hour 30min working time
for example, 9am to 630pm / 1030am to 8PM
Salary: Basic package up to RM3,500
