Job Responsibility

  • Customer Support (Phone/Email/Live Chat):
    • Handle inquiries related to  products (e.g., printers, cameras, copiers, scanners).
    • Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, driver installation, and general queries.
    • Provide warranty information, product availability, and repair service guidance.
  • CRM & Ticketing System Management:
    • Log all interactions accurately in the system.
    • Update cases and follow through until resolution.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Retention:
    • Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.
    • Handle complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
