Job Responsibility
- Customer Support (Phone/Email/Live Chat):
- Handle inquiries related to  products (e.g., printers, cameras, copiers, scanners).
- Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, driver installation, and general queries.
- Provide warranty information, product availability, and repair service guidance.
- CRM & Ticketing System Management:
- Log all interactions accurately in the system.
- Update cases and follow through until resolution.
- Customer Satisfaction & Retention:
- Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Near to LRT Ara Damansara.
- Provided Training.
- Provided commission allowance.
- EPF & SOSCO.
- No night shift working.
