- Job Position: Customer Service Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)
- Industry: Printer & Imaging Solutions
- Working Hours: Day Shifts Only (Permanent Off day on Sunday)
- Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Nearby Ara Damansara LRT)
You Will Play An Important Role In
- Product Support: Assist customers with printer-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Communication: Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer emails, calls, and chats
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with printer hardware and software is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal (Mandarin &English) and written communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the printing industry. Fresh graduate is welcomed!Â
