Customer Service Specialist (WFH)

Your Role: Making a Difference

• Provide inbound customer support by responding to customer queries via chat
• No 24/7 on-call duties or work shift. Enjoy a balanced 8-hour workday with flexible scheduling
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure follow-ups for resolution
