We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. You will play a vital role in assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

What You'll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and Japanese.
Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve processes.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or support roles.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is essential.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Nationality: Japanese or Japanese with foreign nationality(former Japanese)
- Language skills: Japanese native, English conversation to business
- Other skills: Minimum communication skills and basic PC operation skills
- Employment type: Full-time employee
- Work days: 24/7 shift system (3-4 days a week)
- Shift hours: 9:00-21:00, 21:00-9:00
- Salary: RM 9,000/month Night shift allowance, holiday allowance, language allowance, bonus, and other allowances included
- Work location: PTC Malaysia Operations Center (Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya)
- Start of work: As soon as work visa is obtained
