Essential Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Technically savvy in digital marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, CRO, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player and leader.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments and frequent priority changes.
- Experienced CSM: Minimum 4 years of advertising experience
- Performance Marketing Expert: Skilled in both paid social and paid search
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns
- Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Problem-Solver: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle challenges
