Job Responsibility
- Inbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and product-related issues.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing accurate information.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and adhere to SLAs.
- Minimum Qualification: SPM required.
- Languages: Must speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh Graduates: Welcome to apply; full training provided.
- Shift Requirement: Willingness to work rotating shifts and off days (9 hours per shift, including 1-hour lunch).
- Location: Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
- EPF & SOCSO: Statutory contributions provided.
- Sick Leave: Entitled to paid sick leave.
- Annual Leave: Paid annual leave is offered.
