職位簡介

首要任務-以客戶為導向的服務代表將作為聯絡人,準確且有效率地解決客戶可能遇到的任何問題。確保卓越的服務標準,並維持較高的客戶滿意度。

第二,有效管理海量數據,將數據轉化為訊息,將資訊轉化為洞察。目標是插入、更新和維護準確的數據,確保營運順暢。

工作職責:

  • 有效管理來電,辨識並了解客戶需求,實現客戶滿意度
  • 處理投訴,在規定時間內提供適當的解決方案並跟進以確保解決
  • 技術團隊與客戶之間的內部聯絡
  • 解釋數據、分析結果並向管理階層和客戶提供持續報告
  • 彙編、驗證準確性並審查資料是否有缺陷或錯誤,並儘可能糾正任何不相容之處
  • 記錄客戶互動、處理客戶帳戶並歸檔文件


要求:

  • 文憑或更高
  • 優秀的英語和馬來語溝通和寫作能力
  • 電腦知識(Microsoft Office – Word、Excel 等)
  • 良好的時間管理能力、獨立工作能力及團隊合作能力
  • 提供培訓
