Job Responsibility

  • Handle inbound  efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide prompt, accurate solutions to all customer inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.
  • Adhere strictly to the companyâs customer service standards.
  • Manage high call volumes with confidence and composure.
  • Resolve customer complaints, offer timely solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage necessary documentation.
  • Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Open to Fresh Graduates â SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply.
  • Language Proficiency â Must be able to speak and read in both Mandarin and English.
  • Customer Service Experience â Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Basic Computer Skills â Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer use.
  • Strong Communication Skills â Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Shift Flexibility â Willing to work on rotational shifts.
