- Carry out accuracy and timely preparation and processing of all customs/permit documentations.
- Coordinate all Haulage and transportation requirements and ensure the vendors adhere to GAC instructions and schedules.
- Coordinate all other operational and documentation requirements and ensure the operational runners carry out their job in an efficient, effective and economical manner.
- Update KPI Job Record on daily basis.
- To escalate any operational issues to line manager.
- To be contactable at all times.
- Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma
- Experience and familiar in Malaysia Customs Declaration (K1, K2, K4, K8, etc..)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent in problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Malaysia government procedure and regulations. Have knowledge of import, export & customs procedures and regulation and permits application
- Advantages knowledge MITI's Permit application etc: COO/FTA/AP and etc.
- Microsoft Office
- Email communication
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position and exposure to government sector is most preferred.
