Job Description
Role Description:
- Responsible for supporting the sales of industrial services and equipment for overhead cranes and hoists. The role focuses on developing leads, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and working closely with the field sales and service teams to achieve sales targets. This position is key in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customers receive prompt, professional support.
- Handle inbound inquiries and proactively follow up on leads related to overhead cranes, hoists, and service solutions.
- Develop quotations, proposals, and sales documentation in a timely manner.
- Support field sales engineers by scheduling customer meetings and preparing relevant sales materials.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding service contracts, spare parts, and equipment solutions.
- Provide professional product knowledge, technical support (non-engineering level), and service recommendations.
- Maintain customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate closely with Service Managers and Operations teams to align on customer requirements and project execution.
- Assist in contract renewals, service agreements, and upselling opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions within the service and equipment segment.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, focusing on revenue growth from spare parts, service contracts, modernizations, and new equipment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipelines, and forecast accuracy.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
