Daily Report Editor

The primary role of the Daily Report Editor is to assist on the customisation report / alerts or any other type of non-automation delivery required by Isentia’s existing clients on a daily basis.

Please be aware that this is a FREELANCE role only

• Work must be completed by the deadline with a strong quality control emphasis
• Work closely with the Account Management team and the Daily Reports team to ensure consistent quality of reports and ensure that changes to the project are updated accordingly.
• Maintain a high level of understanding of all clients’ needs. Able to adapt to the needs of clients and customise reports as per the clients' needs
• To communicate and escalate any issues with production/delivery to the team leader in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential
• Experience adhering to strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Able to perform under pressure with attention to detail, combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines.
• Able to adjust working hours according to clients’ needs.
• Has collaborative mindset and willing to share knowledge. Exceptionally well presented and professional. Enthusiastic approach – “can-do” positive attitude.
• Computer literacy - MS Word and Excel.
• Able to adapt quickly to new technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to read and comprehend Chinese language is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
• Own a personal computer or laptop to use for working on reports
