Position Title: Data & AI Intern

Location: Menara Maxis, Kuala Lumpur

Duration: 3-6 Months

Role Overview

The Data & AI Intern will play a key role in the development and implementation of advanced analytics (AA) and data science (DS) solutions within the organization. You will be responsible for conducting data experiments, analyzing results, and collaborating with developers to integrate AI models into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Experimentation & Analysis:
• Conduct experiments to test AA & DS solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess the performance of models and algorithms.
• Provide insights and recommendations for model improvements based on data analysis.
  
  

• Research & Innovation:
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in advanced analytics and data science.
• Identify opportunities to apply innovative techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of solution
  
  

• Model Development & Maintenance:
• Develop and maintain code for AA & DS models and algorithms.
• Ensure models are optimized for performance and scalability.
  
  

• Collaboration & Integration:
• Work closely with software developers and engineers to integrate AA & DS models into production systems.
• Support the deployment and monitoring of models in real-world applications.
  

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of statistical data analysis and data science methodologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
