Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst who will play a key role in extracting, analyzing, and reporting data to drive key business decisions. This position involves identifying trends, improving efficiency through automation, and providing clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate complex data relationships to diverse stakeholders and collaborate across departments. You will also develop automated processes for repetitive tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in data handling. Experience with OKR task management systems is advantageous, enabling you to align data insights with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Analysis: Use Excel to manage and manipulate large datasets, perform data cleaning, and ensure data quality.
  • Data Extraction & Report Updates: Extract data from various sources, including databases, and update reports regularly to reflect the most accurate and up-to-date insights.
  • Report Generation: Create and automate comprehensive reports in Excel to summarize key business metrics and trends.
  • Data Extraction: Extract and analyze data from the data warehouse using SQL to support various business functions and reports.
  • Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize data and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Automation: Create and implement automated solutions for repetitive tasks using Python or other relevant tools.
  • Logical & Analytical Thinking: Apply strong logical and analytical thinking to understand and handle complex data relationships, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of insights.
  • Problem Solving & Optimization: Use creative and critical thinking to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations based on analysis.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present data insights, reports, and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in analytics tools, continuously enhancing both technical and soft skills.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excel: Advanced proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • SQL: Basic to intermediate knowledge in writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Power BI: Experience with data visualization and creating interactive dashboards (preferred).
  • Python: Familiarity with automating data processes using Python (preferred).
  • OKR Task Management: Familiarity with OKR frameworks for aligning data tasks with business objectives (preferred).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis role or a related field.
