Key Responsibilities
- Gather operational intelligence on business processes and policies from various sources.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports using operational data.
- Develop and maintain a semantic core to align data with business processes.
- Support data processing, analysis, and reporting for operations teams.
- Analyze complex datasets and create dashboards for senior management.
- Design and implement optimal data workflows and reporting processes.
- Conduct regression testing of data release processes/streams.
- Support initiatives involving data migration, data engineering, and advanced data analysis.
- Big Data: Spark, Hive, DataBricks
- Programming Languages: SQL, Python
- BI & Analytics Tools: Power BI (DAX), Tableau, Dataiku
- Operating System: Unix
- Proven experience in data analytics, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with big data platforms like Spark and Hive.
- Solid experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Dataiku.
- Familiarity with Unix-based systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in data modeling and semantic layer development.
- Understanding of business process mapping and optimization.
