Data Intelligence & Process Transformation Specialist

The role involves managing company-wide financial dashboards, developing reports, and supporting data-driven financial analysis to refine financial strategies and operations

Responsibilities

• Develop various reports (including cohort) for both Celcom & Digi product
• Provide data insights with proposed action plans
• Support HoS in business deep dive analysis through data analysis
• Manage company-wide periodic, financial and operational dashboards
• Establish harmonize profitability report by product/segment for Celcom & Digi
• To drive automation in FP&A and refinement to current FP&A related processes
• Support analysis requirements from FP&A HOS
  
  

Requirements

• Possess degree in Finance, Marketing, Business or others related, with strong mathematical/logical background
• Experience being data analyst, or with revenue assurance experience – minimum 5 years
• Strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skill and solid understanding of business information systems
• Solid and advanced SQL skillset & able to write/develop new queries
• Work experience of 7 years, preferably in Telco industry
• Experience in SAP is an added advantage
