KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Entry and Management: Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate business data of various functional departments within the company.
• Data Processing: Sorting, categorizing, and validating data to ensure accuracy and completeness within the dateline
• Data Analysis: Extracting and summarizing data to generate reports and insights for decision-making purposes.
• Database Management: Managing databases and business intelligence platform i.e. Microsoft Power BI efficiently, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline data processing workflows and improve efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting: Compiling, documenting, and presenting timely data findings that is accurately processed, managed, and utilized effectively within an organization to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Technical Skills: Ability to coordinate the Business Planning Exercise and CRM project.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or any related field.
• 1-2 years’ Hands-on experience in data management and data analysis in Healthcare or pharmaceutical industries will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders within the organization.
