Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Efficiently create and maintain master data of customer and material in relevant system
* Receive request from unit responsible
* Business unit on market from APAC countries will request to create and maintain master data of customer and material
* Verify request (e.g.; duplicate, sufficient information, etc.)
* Proceed on system procedure
* Based on excellent understanding of system process and data governance, proceed maintenance on system (e.g.; SAP, other system modules)
* Trouble shoots with stakeholders
* Work closely with relevant parties (e.g.; producing unit, Finance, logistics) to ensure service delivery time and quality
* Focus on customer
* Meet the internal/external customers requirement
* Improve the efficiencies considering the customer satisfactory
* Pursue efficiency and quality
* Understand the service business process
* Deliver the level of service
* Act as team
* Strong team sprit required with team itself, the unit employees and BO Roll-in team
What You Need to Succeed
* Fluent level of English as main communication; Mandarin language is a plus
* Data maintenance experience preferred
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
* Having 2-3 years of SAP exposure is preferred; as in related industry
