You will not only drive acquisition but also ensure their long-term success with us.

We are looking for a strong sales professional with a proven track record in building relationships, negotiating impactful deals, and consistently delivering results. Your mission is to make Bjak the platform every partner aspires to join.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You…

• Recruit, manage, and support new dealers to drive business growth
• Consistently achieve and exceed dealer sales targets
• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships
• Spot new opportunities to expand our dealer footprint

The Right Fit Has…

• 1+ year of sales or dealer management experience
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• A target-driven and results-oriented mindset
• The ability to work independently and deliver outcomes

• Experience in automotive, insurance, or related industries
