Job Responsibility

  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of documents, parcels, and packages to designated recipients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Obtain customer signatures, including name and date, on delivery documents upon each successful delivery.
  • Clean, wash, refuel, and conduct basic maintenance on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Immediately report any road accidents, traffic violations, or incidents happened to the management.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as sorting, separating, and filing documents as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Secondary school educated or SPM.
  • Prior experience in despatch or delivery-related work is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
  • Able to work independently, responsibly, and with punctuality.
