We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Detailer to join our innovative and patient focused sales team to support our world leading Consumer Health business
Your role is to ensure that Haleon meets the objective of building brand equity among dental healthcare professionals and dental institutions
This will drive continuous recommendation and endorsement of our oral care range of products. You will strategize, plan, organize, and execute programs to enhance stakeholders' understanding of Haleon oral care products while achieving expert recommendation targets and objectives

- Support Expert Sales priorities and goals by ensuring the achievement of share of DHCP recommendation, sample forecasting and distribution, cycle call objectives, and customer service benchmarks.
- Ensure execution of sales force effectiveness in the assigned territory using VEEVA.
- Maintain professional relationships with dental associations, dental schools, the ministry of health, and KOLs.
- Build and maintain good rapport with both administrative and clinical staff within dental clinics.
- Provide updates on competitor activity and promotions.
- Ensure educational materials and product samples are effectively managed, utilized, and accounted for.
- Regularly report team activities to the line manager, including the preparation of detailing/sales and events reports.
- Plan, organize, and conduct lunch & learn sessions for dental nurses and group practices.
- Manage programs and seek opportunities to provide talks to dental students at dental schools and government dental hospitals/clinics.
- Manage and participate in relevant dental conventions/congresses when required.
- Bachelor's degree: a science background is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in the Consumer Healthcare or Pharma industry.
- Result-oriented and focused on KPIs and delivering on business goals.
- Self-motivated, open, and dynamic personality.
- Effective communication and analytical skills in customer behaviour and business potentials.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Strong track record in working within cross-functional teams and sectors.
