The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support across multiple functions, including managing communications, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with various administrative tasks in regard to panel clinic management and operations support. The role is to support project management, administration, marketing, training, and partnership management related to operations strategies and supporting business.

The organization focuses on managing panel clinic services through project management, administrative coordination, marketing initiatives, training, and partnerships and contributing to the overall success of PruBSN’s Panel clinic services and Operations excellence. Key responsibilities include supporting project leads, managing meetings, overseeing panel clinic operations, and supporting adhoc operations support task.

Key Accountabilities

• Project Management: Assist Project Lead with action items, deliverables, and weekly meeting preparations.
• Panel Clinic Management: Lead decision-making, negotiate contracts, and oversee panel clinic projects.
• To support and drive assigned Operations projects in consultation with peers and management
• Provide regular updates on project status and outcomes
• Support and navigate ad hoc task within Operations team as assigned
