Role Purpose: Responsible for developing initiatives that enhance employee development, succession & talent development efforts, and organizational culture. This role analyzes relevant HR data, refines talent strategies, and implements programs to foster continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Support the design and implementation of learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective training solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.


Succession & Talent Management

  • Support succession processes, development interventions & reporting requirements to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions.
  • Coordinate development programs and implement initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders band nurture high-potential employees.


HR Analytics

  • Analyze relevant HR data to identify trends and insights that inform talent & development strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to stakeholders based on data insights.
  • Maintain relevant dashboards and reports to track key metrics to support data-driven outcomes and decision-making processes.


Strategic Support

  • Support execution of tactical strategies to ensure alignment with HR strategies and enhance functional effectiveness
  • Assist in managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance HR operations.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with certifications from HR or other recognized professional bodies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on analytics, talent and succession planning, and learning and development being advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools & digital platforms to enhance processes & enrich solutions
  • Proven experience in working collaboratively and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Has good understanding of emerging HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and adaptability
