To provide support to the increasing output for the technical team and to reduce the overall lead time for the technical team's output.

What You'll Do

  • To provide technical support to Sales team for government and private sector including JKR, Government Non-JKR, Residential & Commercial.
  • To support sales team to achieve the overall budgeted sales volume, margin and revenue.
  • Be a dedicated engineering resource responsible for the design of the company’s residential roof solutions.
  • Provide technical support on design drawings and detailing of the steel roof truss solutions with components and offer packaged innovative roof solutions.
  • Provide quantity take-off for all truss components and related accessories for production (PA) of confirmed truss orders.
  • Support channel partners in all aspect of design-related issues.
  • Provide technical expertise to Channel Partners in resolving fabrication, installation or site problems.
  • Conduct site audit to ensure installation are to detailed design.
  • To ensure technical capabilities stay abreast with local, AS & Euro standard or approval code.
  • To comply with BLM’s ISO procedure.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or other related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in building construction or sales and marketing for steel.
  • Able to use engineering software for designing structure and drafting.
  • Possess own vehicle and a valid driving license.
  • Fast learning, able to search for market opportunity and able to manage project.
  • Good command English and computer literacy.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, team player, presentation skill and project management.
  • High self-disciplines and independence with high initiatives.
