Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• Delegate and monitor tasks effectively across the team.
• Provide final approval on project drawings and calculations for tendering and project execution.
• Identify training needs and support the development of team members.
• Supervise and guide all design staff to ensure high performance.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of drawings, aligning with organizational standards, objectives, and code compliance.
• Act as the main liaison for inter-department communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective leadership and high integrity.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Familiar with code standards such as ASME, TEMA, API 650, and DOSH regulations.
