About The Role
We are seeking a DigDash Developer with strong analytical, visualization, and technical skills to design and maintain business intelligence dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights. The role requires close collaboration with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders across regions to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
Positions are available for both experienced and senior professionals, depending on years of experience and depth of expertise.

About The Role

Experience Level
- Experienced: 2–6 years of experience as a Data Visualizer / Developer
- Senior: More than 6 years of experience in a similar capacity Experience in the finance, banking, or insurance industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in DigDash Enterprise (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with Vertica as a data warehouse or data lake engine.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and metadata management.
- Proven ability to create clean, performant, and visually engaging dashboards.
- Understanding of data lifecycle, ETL/ELT processes, and business KPIs.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Java.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical dashboard solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Innovative and agile mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in DigDash Enterprise that meet business objectives and performance standards.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in DigDash processes and report delivery.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation from platforms such as Vertica or PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate proactively with teams across regions (France, Luxembourg, and Malaysia) to resolve production incidents or data quality issues.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and governance across visual outputs.
- Optimize dashboard performance, data refresh cycles, and query efficiency.
- Support user adoption by conducting training sessions, documentation, and promoting self-service BI capabilities.
- Implement and maintain security and access controls within the DigDash platform.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BI standards, visual storytelling, and UI/UX best practices.
