Job Responsibility

  • Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
  • Monitor and process online orders, payments, cancellations, and returns
  • Ensure accurate inventory updates and stock availability
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for timely delivery and fulfilment
  • Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service via chat or email
  • Assist in creating promotional campaigns, product descriptions, and banners
  • Track online store performance, sales trends, and prepare basic reports
  • Ensure pricing, images, and product information are up to date and accurate
  • Support e-commerce marketing activities such as flash sales or vouchers
  • Assist in optimizing store layout and UX to improve customer experience

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or no experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
  • Able to converse in Mandarin, English, and Malay to support communication with customers and suppliers
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field- Strong organizational and coordination skills to handle daily operations
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) is an advantage
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and basic online tools
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Interest or knowledge in home living products industry is a plus
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
