Digital Commerce & Integration Architect

ASSA ABLOY APAC manufacture and sell mechanical and electromechanical locks, digital door locks, high-security doors and fittings.

With an ambitious Enterprise Integration program using Boomi platform to connect cloud ERP to numerous applications and an E-Commerce programme covering both B2B and B2C ongoing and more businesses selling online and direct to consumer channels, we are looking to recruit an experienced professional to manage our Integration Technical Architecture as well as our E-Commerce platform, Product Data Management applications and various integrations with the other systems.

The APAC Digital Commerce and Integration Architect will also be responsible for managing external contractors and partners and will report to the APAC CIO. This position offers a high potential for growth as we shift more and more of our business online.

The APAC Digital Commerce and Integration Architect will be responsible for:

• Providing technical architecture and design for interfaces based on applicable patterns and best practice
• Collaborate with Global Integration Platform team on behalf of APAC IT on interface projects
• Manage different vendors that the vendors for development, intergration; Manage stakeholders
• Manage and support the related divisional E-Commerce applications and integrations across the APAC division through effective vendor management
• Design, develop and implement improvements to the divisional applications.
• Define, document and implement processes, structures and tools to ensure high quality of service through effective vendor management
• Defining and implementing monitoring, logging, event-handling etc. to ensure high quality of service.
• Manage the deliverables from external contractors and partners to ensure quality and completeness
• Participate in IT projects across the APAC division and collaborate with other ASSA ABLOY divisions.
• Report on incidents, KPIs, projects, budgets etc. to the APAC IT Management and other stakeholders.
  
  

Application landscape - Dynamics 365 integrating with several applications and services via Boomi platform. Adobe Magento Commerce 2.4.x with

• Informatica Product Information Management System
• Backend integration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
• Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse and PowerBI reporting
• Several Integrations between divisional and global or local systems
  
  

Requirements

• Experienced IT person with good business knowledge and experience from international companies within manufacturing, retail and sales.
• Proven experience with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, Webmethods, Biztalk interfacing with major platform such as ERP, CRM, E-Commerce.
• Must have deep experience with current versions of one or more leading e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce. Experience with Product Information Management systems such as Informatica to support the e-commerce platform would be preferred.
• Experience with implementation and operation of larger IT projects is required including design, development, testing, integrations etc.
• Must have good IT management competences and be familiar with ITIL and project management methods - Agile or similar. Experience with global IT strategies, standards and documentation is required.
• Clear in communication and reporting and fluent in English writing and speaking. Travel will be limited to once or twice a year.
