  • To develop strategies and create engaging content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), Website, Email Direct Marketing (EDM) and Promotion for internally and externally.
  • To monitor and engaging with company communities through social media platform
  • Conduct research on clients’ brand, products and service. Develop clients’ core message and target audience and come up with high quality contents.
  • Tracking and analyzing website / social media performance metrics and providing recommendations.
  • Responsible for collaborating with other departments and external agencies for marketing material.
  • Continuous research on current issues or trends to implement best content creation practices.
  • Responsible for reviewing, analysing, and producing periodical reports with recommendations for improvements.
  • Responsible for videography, photography and editing for content creation and company events.
  • To support the department in any other ad-hoc related duties.

Desired Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communication, English or Public Relation would be advantageous.
  • 1 – 3 years related work experience with exposure in social media or online platforms.
  • Flair for marketing, digital, content marketing and social media, communications, and media planning skills.
  • Possess a creative mindset, passion for digital marketing and have the interest to continuously seek knowledge of the latest development in the industry and put it in action.
  • Solid hands-on skills(s) on videography and editing software such as canva, Adobe Premier Pro, CapCut or CapCut in multi version and etc.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
