SENIORITY LEVEL:
Apprenticeship/Internship FUNCTION: Business Partner Support, Human Resources SALARY RANGE: RM 1,500 only LOCATION: Subang Jaya, Selangor
Role Positioning and Objectives

As a Digital HR Intern, you will be part of the HR Business Partnering team to provide secretarial and administrative support for the HR Function. You will also have the opportunity to take charge of key projects, delivering well-rounded solutions in elevating the experience of our employees throughout their life-cycle's processes as well as supporting the implementation of the strategic people agenda
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support respective HRBP with the day-to-day activities of the HR Function.
  • Support to oversee the end-to-end recognition experience and ensure that all activities are aligned with the standard operating procedures.
  • Generates and complies standard reports for respective HRBP for respective people agenda pillars.
  • Supporting the logistics and execution of internal company events.
  • Curating effective internal email communications to deliver company initiatives.
  • Creating clear and engaging social media content to drive employer branding.
  • Supporting the HRBP around policy review to ensure up to date benefits and information.
  • Performing general HR customer service for internal clients.
  • Supporting the HRBP in the execution of Company’s employee cyclical plan.
  • Ideating and implementing simplification of processes within the HR function while supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team.

What are we looking for?

  • Able to commit minimum of 6 months internship duration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Willing to learn attitude.
  • Positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player.
  • Degree holder of any field (plus points if you have/are pursuing a degree business analytics, PR, communications, or international business management).
