Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Website, Facebook etc.)
  • Drive website traffic: Using tactics like SEO, PPC, and SEM, to boost website visibility, increase company and brand awareness.
  • Manage the organization's website: This includes updating content, ensuring the design is up-to-date, and optimizing the user experience to generate more leads.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels.
  • Track the website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Coordinate with the sales manager to generate digital leads.
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
  • Use networking, referrals and industry events to generate leads.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers.
  • Identify and understand customer requirements.
  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Drive sales conversions
  • Maintain details records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Prepare sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and current pipeline status.
  • Generate regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions and expert guidance.
  • Research business, industry and client specific needs to tailor meeting agendas
  • Send a calendar invitation with all relevant details, including the agenda and any required pre-meeting materials.
  • Summarizing the important points of the discussion.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or any related fields.
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing and Sales Executive or similar role
  • Knowledge in Electrical Engineering or technical sales will be added value
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Strong understanding in ad serving tools and web analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom and Microsoft Team
  • Based in Kuala Lumpur.
