Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Website, Facebook etc.)
- Drive website traffic: Using tactics like SEO, PPC, and SEM, to boost website visibility, increase company and brand awareness.
- Manage the organization's website: This includes updating content, ensuring the design is up-to-date, and optimizing the user experience to generate more leads.
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels.
- Track the website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Coordinate with the sales manager to generate digital leads.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
- Use networking, referrals and industry events to generate leads.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers.
- Identify and understand customer requirements.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Drive sales conversions
- Maintain details records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Prepare sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and current pipeline status.
- Generate regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions and expert guidance.
- Research business, industry and client specific needs to tailor meeting agendas
- Send a calendar invitation with all relevant details, including the agenda and any required pre-meeting materials.
- Summarizing the important points of the discussion.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or any related fields.
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing and Sales Executive or similar role
- Knowledge in Electrical Engineering or technical sales will be added value
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Strong understanding in ad serving tools and web analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom and Microsoft Team
- Based in Kuala Lumpur.
