We are expanding and need a Digital Marketing & Automation Intern to help us scale our sales, marketing, and onboarding processes.

Content Creation (Sales, Marketing & Onboarding Materials)
- Develop brochures, case studies, and blog posts for lead generation & customer education.
- Create basic tutorial videos (screen recordings & voice-over) to guide new customers.
- Write automated email sequences for lead nurturing & onboarding.
- Set up automated email follow-ups for new leads & new customers.
- Improve landing pages & signup forms to increase conversion rates from Google Ads.
- Manage CRM & lead tracking tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) to organize sales processes.
- Improve Google Ads performance by optimizing landing pages & ad copy.
- Run LinkedIn & Facebook ad campaigns to test alternative lead-generation strategies.
- Implement basic automation tools (Zapier, Mailchimp, Notion) to streamline internal processes.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or content creation.
- Knowledge of Google Ads & landing page optimization.
- Strong writing skills (brochures, email copy, case studies).
- Familiarity with email marketing & automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Basic video editing for screen recording tutorials (Loom, Canva, or CapCut).
- Basic SEO knowledge to improve website & blog rankings.
- Experience with CRM systems for managing leads (Zoho, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Pipedrive).

- BACKGROUND / QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in marketing/sales support, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin speaking is a bonus.
- JOB-RELATED QUALITIES DESIRED
- Experience with sales support, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends will be a bonus.
- Familiarity with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) would be a bonus.
- Passion for technology and desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
