Role Objective:
As a Senior Executive, Marketing Communications, you will play a vital role in planning and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to build brand presence, optimize user experience, and drive lead generation for a range of products.
Your key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Event Marketing, Email Marketing, and social media.
- Establish and execute digital marketing strategies to build company branding.
- Work with marketers and other stakeholders to maintain digital presence.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
- Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
- Together with relevant stakeholders, drive the Lead-to-Order framework and maintain a healthy level of Lead generation and conversion in all digital campaigns.
- Manage the digital platforms (Articulate, Webinar, etc.) related to Aesculap Academy events.
- Whenever necessary, support regional, national and Aeculap Academy physical events to gain insights to further improve customers’ experience and engagement.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication or marketing, preferably with specialization in Digital Marketing.
- 4 - 5 years of digital marketing experience is necessary.
- Strong writing and editing skills (content creation, copywriting, etc.), project management and managerial skills, as well as usage of marketing software and tools.
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends; possesses a strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
