- Assist with Content Creation: Support the development of content for social media, website, and email channels. You’ll help create videos, graphics, and posts that educate and engage our audience on financial topics.
- Social Media Management: Help monitor and update our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, under the guidance of our digital marketing team.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with teams across departments to gather insights and ideas that will shape engaging and informative content.
- Data Tracking & Analysis: Learn to use basic analytics tools to track social media engagement and gather data on campaign performance.
- Support Campaigns: Assist with campaign planning and execution, including organizing content assets and contributing creative ideas for engagement.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Interest in Marketing: Passion for digital marketing and social media, with a desire to learn about consumer engagement within the financial industry.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills in Chinese are a plus.
- Basic Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) and basic graphic design software.
- Creativity & Curiosity: Eager to contribute ideas and learn about creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Organizational Abilities: Attention to detail, the ability to manage tasks efficiently, and the enthusiasm to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data effectively.
