Digital Marketing Intern/Shop Assistant

Crafter’s Lab is a local audio store in Petaling Jaya that specialises in turntables, records, amplifiers and speakers. We’re looking for a digital marketing intern to help us run our online channels and social media platforms.

You’ll help us manage our product posting, create content, identify key opportunities in SEO, and answer customer queries for us on our online touch points. No experience needed, but a good command of English for writing copy and an eye for graphics are definitely a plus.

More advanced skills include an ability to work with Canva, Google Drive, Shopify, Google Analytics and other marketing tools. These things will also be taught on the job.

Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 1PM - 7PM.

-Create content by writing blog posts, product copy, social media posts and emails.
-Conduct keyword research and optimise content.
-Monitor analytics and research and optimise content.
-Conduct market research and stay abreast of the local and international audio trends and digital marketing practices.
-Posting content and assisting the management of content and product channels.
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak mandarin is a plus.
-Able to commit for 4-6 months.
