Digital Marketing Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

About The Role

Join the dynamic team at UNITED SCIENCE AND EDUCATION USE PRESS SDN BHD' as a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing our product marketing campaigns in overseas markets. This role will help to improve our user engagement and conversion rates through personalized and localized electronic direct mail (EDM), as well as enhance the influence and effectiveness of our brand in the international market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the end-to-end process of EDM marketing activities for the international market, including design, execution, monitoring, and analysis
• Designing and developing region-specific email templates, conducting A/B testing, and continuously optimizing content and layouts
• Collaborating with regional marketing teams to create localized email campaigns aligned with cultural preferences
• Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
• Conducting regular competitive analysis to refine and enhance email marketing strategies
• Supporting cross-departmental projects, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and major campaigns
• Working closely with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient in email marketing platforms with strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of professional English & Mandarin in both writing and speaking
• Understanding of global publishing markets and industry stakeholders is an added advantage
• Keen to follow publishing trends, technologies, and business models
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data analysis skills
