Job Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer conversion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize marketing plans.
- Plan and manage social media ads and content marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing data, generate reports, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and leverage new technologies to improve marketing strategies.
- Bachelorâs degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to develop effective marketing optimization plans.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Open to Malaysian citizens only.
