- Operates imaging equipment to create electronic files and archives.
- Prepares, scans, and performs quality checks on documents/images for conversion to digital format. Ensures proper transfer and indexing of scanned materials.
- Cleans and performs basic maintenance on scanning equipment. Troubleshoots and adjusts equipment as needed.
- Follows established procedures and adheres to workflow processes and chain of command.
- Maintains a clean and organized workstation. Meets departmental efficiency standards for volume, service level, and deadlines.
- Collaborates with team members to achieve goals.
- Trains or assists colleagues on aspects of document processing to ensure a consistent understanding of scanning operations.
- Identifies and reports equipment or process-related issues.
- Reports daily task completion to supervisor.
- Candidate should possess a Primary / Secondary School, Professional Certificates or equivalent in All Business Field
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
- Willing to work in Kepong area.
