• Develop and deliver concise reports to summarize key findings.
• Monitor conversations across platforms to assess public sentiment and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Track and highlight notable changes in issue-related discussions, including volume and tone shifts.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine insights and support analysis when needed.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reporting, adhering to established templates and processes.
