- Collect data from media and social media to understand daily updates on specific issues, including mentions, sentiment, and trends.
- Develop and deliver concise reports to summarize key findings.
- Monitor conversations across platforms to assess public sentiment and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Track and highlight notable changes in issue-related discussions, including volume and tone shifts.
- Collaborate with the broader team to refine insights and support analysis when needed.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reporting, adhering to established templates and processes.
