As a Director, Priority Private, you'll manage and grow relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet strategic goals. About Wealth and Retail Banking - Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves over 11 million clients in fast-growing markets. Our clients range from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net-worth clients via Private Bank. We use digital channels with a human touch to offer deposits, payments, financing, wealth management, and personalised advice. We also support small business banking needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquiring and retaining a portfolio of priority clients.
- Cross-selling wealth management products and services to customers.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients.
- Contributing to the overall success of the branch by achieving business performance measures.
- Excellent achievements in managing sales and / or operations or demonstrated ability to achieve compelling sales performance.
- Ability to coach, inspire and mobilise Branch team members of various levels to deliver exceptional performance.
- Demonstrated ability to establish a service culture.
- Interpersonal and complaint handling skills
- Bank's product knowledge
- ABM rules / Bank Negara FEA regulation
- Minimum of Seven (7) years of progressive wealth sales experience or equivalent.
- Possess the required licenses ie. PCE, CEILI, FIMM, TBE & IPPC
- Microsoft
- FIMM License
- Bancassurance License
- IPPC License
