Job Responsibility

  • Manage local warehousing activities
  • Packing for own delivery/courier pick up
  • General stock cleanliness
  • Delivery arrangements
  • Planning delivery routes and maximizing no. of delivered packages on daily basis
  • Stock delivery in Melaka, Tampin as required
  • Timely update of delivery statuses to team lead
  • Support merchandising deployment, set up, checking of merchandising materials, as required
  • Provide feedback to salesperson on store situations (where applicable during deliveries to customer location(s))
  • Provide customer service and ensure that all pre-sales/post-sales issues brought up are triggered upwards to Head of Sales for further action to be taken
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure delivery arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP
  • Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis

Job Requirements

  • Candidates with any education is welcome to apply
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Strong Communication Skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient Time-management and Multi-tasking Skills
  • Willing to work at JB
  • Having a valid driver license
  • Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm), Saturday half day (9am to 1pm)
