Key Responsibilities
- Be present at superior’s house or any designated area on time as per instruction.
- Check superior’s schedule with secretary in order to plan your next route/your meals.
- Drop off your superior at the entrance of the building. You are required to wait for your superior’s instructions and standby at agreed location within vicinity of the entrance.
- You may be required to chauffeur family members of your superior to places including meetings, work, school, social functions and various business activities.
- Required to keep the exterior and interior of the cars in clean condition at all times. Wash the car frequently as and when required.
- To ensure the condition of the car is in good condition and inform your superior if you realize that the vehicle is not in good condition.
- Must not speed while driving and adhere to the traffic rules at all times.
- Ensure all assets given by company are properly maintained.
- Must be contactable at all times.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management
- Minimum SPM/STPM
- 3 – 5 years experience in similar capacity
- Familiar with streets/routes in the areas you serve
- Skilled driver, having basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Possess basic knowledge of mitigating risks while driving and manage malfunctions of vehicle.
