Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and business analysts to understand and translate business processes and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
  • Design, develop, and implement customizations, configurations, and system integrations for D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Project Operations modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and platform capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain custom components including workflows, plugins, and custom activities using C#, .NET, and JavaScript, while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in solution design and technical planning sessions, contributing to architecture decisions, ensuring compliance with Microsoft’s recommended practices and organizational security guidelines.
  • Work closely with the project team in Agile delivery, actively contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, testing, and retrospectives to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and post-implementation phases, including debugging, performance tuning, and functional corrections.
  • Support and maintain D365 CE environments by providing L2–L3 support, performing health checks, deploying patches and enhancements, and ensuring system stability through proactive monitoring and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 year+) as a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and extending D365 Customer Engagement solutions using D365 and Power Platform tools.
  • Strong understanding of D365 architecture, including workflows, plugins, custom entities, and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and their integration with Dynamics 365.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications PL-400, MB-400, MB210, MB230 or equivalent are highly desirable.
