Online Store Management
- Manage and update Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the official webstore product listings.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and visuals are consistently updated.
- Monitor & update inventory levels and coordinate with the packing/warehouse team to avoid out-of-stocks or overselling. Manage daily purchasing and stock transfer for order fulfillment.
- Support inventory management activities, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely product availability at all platforms.
- Keep track of product inventory and proper stock management.
- Assist in daily order processing, fulfillment accuracy, and timely shipping (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, website, and other channels).
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to orders, deliveries, and products professionally and promptly via chat, email, and phone.
- Manage return and refund cases from marketplaces. Communicate with buyers and investigate all returned parcels to resolve dispute cases across multiple e-commerce platforms. Make a decision for each case that leads to a win-win situation and minimizes the negative impacts.
- Work closely with packing teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of promotional campaigns and online sales events.
- Coordinate marketing efforts for campaigns, promotions, and product uploads.
- Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and demand to identify opportunities and threats.
- Monitor the performance of online stores and sales reports; provide improvement suggestions
- Stay informed about new features and updates on various e-commerce platforms to help improve sales performance.
- Create content and conduct Tik Tok Live or product demonstration sessions as needed for sales initiatives.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the e-commerce team, such as preparing stock for team members to pack, helping to pack and send parcels.
- Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as directed by the supervisor and perform additional responsibilities as needed.
- Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in e-commerce operations or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Self-motivated, positive, self-directed, and responsible.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment.
