- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and inventory to ensure a smooth online shopping experience.
- Improve website traffic, usability, and conversion rates using SEO and analytics.
- Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging content to grow brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
- Develop and manage targeted email campaigns to retain and convert customers while maintaining the CRM database.
- Work with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing materials and digital content.
- Track marketing and e-commerce performance, analyse data, and provide reports to optimise strategies.
- Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners to expand market reach.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends to implement new strategies effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and branding, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A passion for stationery and a willingness to learn more about the industry.
