Duties and Responsibility
- Brainstorm, implement and execute strategies for our e-commerce stores.
- Be responsible for all e-commerce platforms to ensure that all platforms are running smoothly. Logistics will be handled by our logistics team.
- To maintain our Ecommerce stores - Shopify, Shopee and Lazada.
- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Work closely with our marketing team to execute e-commerce strategies.
- Analyze data that are available on our ecommerce platform to better craft and execute strategies.
- Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their functionalities.
- Experience in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management skills.
- Salary Range
- RM 3.5k - RM 4.5k
- Working Hours
- Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
