- To dramatically increase business generated from Internet channels through property brand website, OTAs and GDS in order to increase property Revenue per Available Room index (RevPAR).
- Brand Website, Online Travel Agents and GDS
- Manage key Internet channels by offering competitive rates and availability on brand website, OTAs and GDS to maximise property RevPAR index.
- Control day-to-day rates and availability through the use of channel management systems, OTA extranets and CRS (central reservation system) extranet.
- Brand Representation
- Monitor property buzz and online reputation on various review, blog, forum and third party websites. Report important findings in order to improve services or reinforce successful techniques.
- E-Marketing
- Ensure that business listing information on forum and affiliate websites are up to date including hotel details, special offers and validity of promotions.
- Social Media
- Manage hotel presence on approved social media platforms (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+) through regular posts and interactions with fans in order to increase social media engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Assist hotel in collection of additional customer data following head office guidelines and procedures. Segment the database based on their nationality, buying habits, spending etc. and keep the database updated.
- Miscellaneous
- Provide regular contributions to departmental knowledge bank and corporate Wiki.
