Ecommerce Specialist

KK ECOMMERCE is looking for an E-commerce Specialist – Malaysia, SIngapore and Australia eMarketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Ebay & Amazon to join our growing team. The E-commerce Specialist will oversee the entire selling process on the company ecommerce store, from inventory creation to shipping and customer service. Our goal is to create a consistent revenue stream for on our eCommerce Marketplace Channels with an emphasis on quality customer service, great product values, effective and attractive product listings.

Job Scope
1. Only those with experience in marketplaces such as Shopee & Lazada will be consider.

2. Manage and update product listings, ensuring the accuracy of descriptions, pricing, and images for e-marketplaces. Create great content for Company products in marketplace store, such as attractive photograph which highlight main selling point, nice detail description which improve customer buying rate.

3. Create enticing Store Banners, vouchers and promotion material and to market it in the marketplaces to increase traffic to the store. Support the execution of eCommerce marketing campaigns, including promotions and discounts. Design artwork for product images and campaign banners.

4. Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed. Engage customer thru chats, emails or direct contact to solve any customer problem and ensure all customer enquiry within specific time frame.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in eCommerce.
2. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as TIk tok, Lazada and Shopee.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Keen attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
6. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
