Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness for Fiskor Food.
  • Manage and optimize online product listings, ensuring accuracy and compelling product descriptions.
  • Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement online advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on e-commerce platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and technologies to ensure Fiskor Food remains competitive.
  • Manage the e-commerce budget and track ROI of online marketing initiatives.
  • Run EDM for Fiskor
  • Oversee order fulfillment and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with e-commerce platform partners and vendors.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on e-commerce performance to management.

Job Requirements

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth for Fiskor.
  • Manage and optimize online product listings, ensuring accuracy and compelling product descriptions.
  • Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing & design teams to create and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote Fiskor products online.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Run Fiskor email marketing (Plan, develop and run)
  • Manage the e-commerce budget and track ROI of online marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through prompt and effective online communication.
  • SEO Keywords optimize to increase Fiskor leads
  • SOP Management for ecommerce
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
