About The Role

The Key Account Manager, D2C, leads Versuni’s online marketplace partnerships and drives the end-to-end strategy for our D2C e-commerce channel. You will shape platform strategies, optimize consumer journey, and deliver profitable growth through data-led execution, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation.

The Impact You’ll Make

Strategic D2C Account Management

• Lead and grow key online marketplaces partnerships.
• Build and execute platform-specific Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Identify growth opportunities through data insights and platform innovation.
  
  

E-commerce Execution

• Optimize pricing, promotions, assortment, and portfolio segmentation.
• Manage inventory to ensure availability.
• Maximise visibility, conversion and share of voice.
• Drive aligned execution across marketing, offline sales, supply chain and finance.
  
  

Brand & Channel Development

• Strengthen brand equity across D2C shoppers.
• Develop and implement local e-commerce strategies and operational plans.
• Own and deliver key financial and business KPIs.
  
  

Data & Performance Management

• Use current internal and external data to guide decisions.
• Translate analytics into actionable commercial improvements.
• Monitor traffic and visibility, conversion and sales and revenue metrics to optimize performance.
  
  

Innovation & Collaboration

• Champion consumer journey optimization and e-commerce best practices.
• Lead competitive benchmarking and capability-building initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally to remove barriers and accelerate execution.
  
  

The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring

• 10+ years in sales, key account management, or e-commerce roles.
• Strong expertise in D2C, digital sales, pricing, promotions, negotiation, and portfolio management.
• Proven track record of delivering growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
